Hi - I'm Rowan. I am a professional copy and content writer dedicated to the UK property industry. But I'm not just a writer looking for a niche market... I'm genuinely one of you! Twenty years an Estate Agent, rising through the ranks from Negotiator to Lister to Manager and then to Estate Agency Owner - building my own firm Wallers Estate Agents over almost a decade until selling up successfully in 2023. 

As well as having a passion for property, I also have a way with words; see glory in a story; find no avail without a tale! 

I may have been an Agent for twenty years, but I've been writing my whole life. I'm even an Amazon Best Selling Author! 

Storytelling is my joie de vivre, and I combine these two loves of my life by working with Estate Agency brands to bring their stories and successes to life, helping them articulate their unique narratives as well as nurturing their audiences of local own-to-sell vendors and buy-to-let owning landlords through regular content creation.
